Stirrup leggings are tight- fitting women’s leg wear that have a stirrup- like strap at the bottom of each pant leg. The stirrup band, that generally consists of flexible fabric, is positioned beneath the arch of the foot. Similar to leggings, stirrup pants are close- fitting and frequently worn along with long, hanging blouses or over- sized sweaters.
